What makes coaching with me different?

My name is Tiffany, and I know exactly how you feel because I've been in your shows.

I was 24 years old in the pink shirt below. I was 10lbs shy of my highest non-pregnancy weight and I was on a diet, doing all the things I thought you were supposed to do to lose weight and get healthy.
I grew up in the 90s, when being as skinny as possible was the goal of every teen.

I did Weight Watchers, took Ephedra and Herbalife, ate Lean Cuisine and spent hours on the elliptical machine.

Fast forward a few years and I had two babies.

I lost weight while breastfeeding and migrated towards “clean eating,” which I thought was the key to being fit and healthy.

​​​​​​​It's one of the reasons why I started my blog Don't Waste the Crumbs!

​​​​​​​The weight came back though, so I did what was popular again - cut out entire food groups, ate the latest superfoods and supplements, and tried intermittent fasting.

When I tur ned 40, I was doing "all the things" yet didn't look fit and toned.

 I hid my body with baggy clothes, covering my midsection and crossing my arms in photos.

Why wasn't I  seeing results? Was my metabolism broken?

In September 2023 I had a realization.

I had spent 20+ years chasing quick fixes and never being happy in my own skin.

I never put the time into learning the science behind how to eat for my body, for my goals.

I radically changed my mindset, stopped looking for quick fixes, and made a commitment to change for the long haul.

My Own Transformation

Getting Started (8 weeks)

maintained weight while establishing healthy habits (i.e. protein, sleep, water, stress, etc.)

Deficit (13 weeks)

lost 11+ lbs and 12 inches from February to May, never eating less than 1750 calories/day

Maintenance (24 weeks)

maintained weight ​​​​​​​going on vacation, all-you-can eat cruises, birthdays and holidays, etc.

Building Muscle (30 weeks)

intentionally gained weight (~1 lb/month) to build muscle & change the shape of my body

Moderate Deficit (13 weeks)

lost 13 lbs + 13 inches to reveal the muscle I built, again never eating less than 1700 calories

Then & Now
(22 months total)

being intentional with food and training gave me the strong & fit body I've always wanted
